This flat is absolutely stunning! The owner's welcome note and little chocolates were a delightful surprise. The decor is beautifully quirky and everything was spotlessly clean. I felt instantly comfortable and never wanted to leave. The location was perfect for the Edinburgh fringe and the rooftop terrace was a lovely bonus. The host's attention to detail, such as stocking the fridge with breakfast items, was outstanding. The bed was incredibly comfy and the flat had all the amenities we needed, including Wi-Fi, a dryer, and an electric kettle. The flat-screen TV was a great addition and the VIP check-in/-out made our stay even more special. Plus, I appreciated that there were no pets allowed and no smoking on site. our stay at this flat was mind-blowing and I highly recommend it!

Free WiFi saved me from social media withdrawal and the patio was just perfect for people-watching.
Oh, did I mention the charming sight of my lost items being disposed of after a whole week? Fabulous touch!

Located in the heart of the city, this retreat offers convenience for exploring the local attractions. The beautifully decorated rooms provide a luxurious and comfortable stay, with features like a cozy bed, smart TV, and strong Wi-Fi. The bathroom, although stylishly designed, had some flaws, like a narrow shower and potential flooding. However, the jacuzzi bath with a TV was a relaxing treat. Complementary breakfast items were a nice touch, ensuring guests' satisfaction.
The check-in time after 5 pm can be inconvenient for some travelers.

I had an amazing weekend stay at this accommodation! The decor was absolutely stunning and the attention to detail was on point. The kitchen was fully equipped with everything I needed and the bathroom, oh my, the jacuzzi bath with a TV was pure luxury! The bedroom had the comfiest bed I've ever slept in on a holiday. The location couldn't have been better, right in the heart of the city, close to all the attractions and amenities.
Now, let's talk about the negatives. The jacuzzi bath, although a nice extra, was a bit small and the mixer tap's location made it a bit difficult to get in and out of the bath.

The flat was stunning, with thoughtful welcome gifts and beautiful decor. It was clean, well-maintained, and centrally located. The breakfast items provided were a nice touch, and the rooftop deck had a lovely view.
There was nothing I didn't like.

The value for our money was exceptional, considering the luxurious feel of the apartment and all the amenities provided. The location was perfect, just a short walk to everything we wanted to see. The staff was incredibly friendly and helpful throughout our stay.
The only thing that could've made the breakfast better was a wider variety of options.
